We’ve put a list together of places and online websites to get free birthday stuff. Many require you sign up at least seven days before your actual birthday, so make sure to do these in advance. Many retailers also offer coupons or useful discounts for your big day, or even for the entire month! This ranges from restaurants, to shops, and to cosmetics. Get shopping!

99 Restaurants: Join the eClub and receive a special gift on your birthday. You will also get a special offer just for signing up.
A&W All American Food: Join the Mug Club and you’ll get a free root beer float!
Applebee’s: Sign up for the email club, and you’ll get a gift on your special day, ranging from a free appetizer, a free entree or free dessert. A pretty nice surprise! Plus, you get a free appetizer when you sign up initially.
Arby’s: Sign up on the Arby mailing list and you’ll get a free milkshake on your birthday. And just for signing up, you’ll get a coupon for a free drink and french fries when you purchase a signature sandwich.
Au Bon Pain: Join the Eclub and you’ll get a completely free birthday lunch! You’ll also get a cute travel mug just for signing up.
Auntie Annie’s: Get a free pretzel on your birthday by signing up for Pretzel Perks.
Baja Fresh: When you join Club Baja at least four days before your birthday, you’ll receive a special treat for your birthday. Plus, throughout the year, you’ll receive Baja Fresh rewards and promotions.
Baskin Robbins: Join the Birthday Club when creating an account and you’ll get a pretty amazing free scoop of ice cream on your birthday!
bd’s Mongolian Grill: Join Club Mongo and you’ll get a free meal on your birthday, as well as a $5 coupon for signing up!
Ben & Jerry’s: I’ve read that when you sign up for Ben & Jerry’s email club and become a Chunk Spelunker you can get a free scoop of ice cream and $3 off an ice cream cake for your birthday.
Benihana: Teppan cooking is even more fun when it’s free. When you join The Chef’s Table at Benihana, you’ll receive a $30 birthday gift certificate that you can use during your birthday month.
Biggby Coffee: Take a seat in the B Happy Lounge and receive a free drink on your birthday.
Black Angus Steakhouse: Join the Black Angus Prime Club and receive a free dessert. You’ll also get a free steak dinner on the first anniversary of joining the club.
Bojangle’s: The Bojangle’s E-Club features a free half-gallon of Legendary Iced Tea with purchase when you sign up. Then on your birthday, receive a free Bo-Berry Biscuit with purchase.
BurgerFi: BurgerFi’s Rewards Program offers rewards members points for spending and also gives members special birthday rewards.
California Pizza Kitchen: The CPK Rewards club is tiered, so the more you spend, the better your rewards. The same goes for birthday rewards. You’ll receive a free dessert no matter what, but if you spend enough at CPK throughout the year, you can be upgraded to a free entrée.
Cantina Laredo: Join the Cantina Laredo e-club and receive a free dessert on your birthday. You’ll also get a free appetizer just for signing up.
Caribou Coffee: Happy Bouday! Sign up for Caribou Perks for a free treat on your birthday. The only caveat, you have to be an active Perks member.

El Pollo Loco: Get a little crazy on your birthday with the Loco Rewards app. In addition to earning points every time you eat at El Pollo Loco, you also receive a gift on your birthday.
Famous Dave’s: Become a part of the Famous Nation and receive many treats including a “tasty gift for your birthday”.
Firehouse Subs: When you sign up for the Firehouse Subs Rewards program, you receive a free medium sub on your birthday or within the following six days. You need to sign up before your birthday to receive the gift.
